Casa Nordelta Argentina - Contemporary Raw Stone & Wood House
Do you like this story?
Beautiful home design with stunning exterior blending natural elements with a meticulous, modern edge. Casa Nordelta is a spectacular stone and wood-faced structure residence designed by Sternberg Kohen Architects located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The residence exterior incorporates only natural materials like stone and wood and consists of bearing walls and steel columns that allow greater openness to the garden. The load-bearing walls are made in stone, providing greater insulation and waterproof.
Casa Nordelta's interiors reflect the organic yet contemporary sentiment of the home’s exterior with rich wood floors, stone accents, pristine white walls and luxurious finishes. Floor-to-ceiling glass on the main floor brings the outdoors in. Outdoor living spaces include a covered dining area and a pool with a sundeck.
The house is oriented north to catch beautiful lake views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The house’s shape is two blocks connected with entrance. The house features as public areas as private spaces as for adults as for their kids. Private areas are separated in order to give family members an autonomy. [Sternberg Kohen Architects]
